Wallop Screen shot
I started playing around with wallop yesterday. It’s a very interesting new social network platform that found it’s way out of Microsoft Research. Oh, viagra dosage happy birthday MS Research! I’m pretty excited about this product since it’s making a huge effort to push the envelope of user experience on the web. It’s still pretty rough around the edges but should be interesting to see how it will evolve. My only complaint at this time is that it’s all a little slow.

I’m learning to love SharePoint. I know, approved I know it’s one of those technologies that used to drive me crazy, but the MOSS 2007 beta has been very impressive. It’s an excellent tool for rapid prototyping and actually does work well as a team site for sharing information. The only challenge it still has is the learning curve to understanding how to get the most out of it. There’s where this site sharepoint-videos.com come in handy It has just what you would expect tutorial videos and articles about SharePoint.

Before & After magazine is a well put together design tutorial site. I find it interesting that they are sort of like a blog and sort of like a traditional publishing model site. I actually like that the tutorials are in PDF. Call me crazy, information pills public health but I’m finding the flexibility of a well designed PDF to be a better experience then a web page when it comes to reading. Maybe I’m just getting tired of web design.
